Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 [your email address]. We may request a photo of the product or packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Custom Orders
Custom soap orders are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
